after reading some more, I agree Andy. Which? seem to use an efficiency
rating based on a mixture of drying time and energy consumption - not the
same as the A/B/etc ratings.
They also comment though that vented driers rated A can take ages to dry a
load (7hrs quoted!) on the most efficient rating. Most people are likely to
use them on a 'C' type setting.
