MV1000 problems

Having problems with my MV1000. The web page is unavailable and if I
try to download and individual camera's image I get a 'request
failed'. However I can still ping the unit successfully. Has anyone
else experienced this and is there a fix (and don't suggest GeoVision
just yet!)?
