New MCB Installation

Sorry guys for this seemingly unusual posting but can anyone recommend
an automation friendly electrician. I'm currently rewiring my home and
at the same time priming it for future automation projects, I need an
electrician to install a new MCB box and perhaps approve my wiring.
Giving the new regulations I suspect need a qualified electrician to
approve my work. Any recommendation would be deeply appreciated.
