Cannot seem to find it on Telewests pages. I am on 2mb .. will I be getting
some upgrade in speed as well then?

Telewest have followed as expected.

10MB for all 4MB customers with no cap (That would be me then).

Starting upgrades next month in certain areas (As I live in Knowsley,
we tend to get the upgrades first).
