[OT] Backing up files from a Windows 2003 Server

Hi,

I hate using the backup utility which comes with Windows 2003 server,
I can never seem to figure out how to move a travan tape to the free
pools properly. Someone a while ago said that they use the XCOPY
command with various switches and then use the Scheduling feature to
automate it. Does anyone know if this would work and if so what I
would need to do to back up the data to the tape drive?

TIA
Darren
