Try this PHP script

http://www2.multithread.co.uk/files/gallery.tar

unpack this into the directory on your server where the images are.

edit header.php

you may need to edit index.php to tell it where to find ImageMajick on
your webserver.

suggest you rename upload.php to something else and/or password protect it.

Note, I didn't write this stuff, I've just used it for quick galleries.
