I'm also trying to find something that can generate a html page of
images in a directly automatically for the same reason as you. I can't
find a thing! Surely someone has had this need before and solved
it...???
Let me know if you find something, I'll do the same.

I have a video server that can upload images to a website from my
security cameras based on motion detection but all it does it upload
the JPG images without any html pages to display them.
I can go to the webpage and get a directory list but what I would
really like is something sitting on the web server that would display
them as proper images or even thumbnails that I can click on to make
bigger!!?
Any ideas?
