Ironically enough, after my complete veto of online resellers, I purchased

TFT panel from Aria a couple of months back (well, actually, 3 of them) and
had nothing but good service.
I have a friend who speaks very highly of komplett as well - having
returne=

a mobo that blew one of it's power caps and got a replacement without a
fight.
I also had a run in with dabs (actually, a *couple* of run ins with dabs)
and they are now on my "never purchase from" list.
They could be selling a plasma telly for a fiver and I wouldn't trust them.

I might have the wrong end of the stick on this, but thought I should pass
comment.
I have used ARIA for quite a few years now, after telling DABS to go stick
it when they tried to refuse to give me a returns number for a UPS that was
supplied with no manuals, cables or software.
I have never had any problems with ARIA, and have bought 7+ TFT's from
them=

quite often on super special. Along with lots of other kit. I have had not
one dead pixel, and always found their staff very good to deal with.
They do sometimes stock refurbs, but these are clearly marked grade A or B
stock and couldn't be confused with new and at extemely low prices. never
brought one though.
