Mum proof ripping of CD's

I am thinking of setting my Mum up with a Sonos music system.  What she
could do with though is to pop the CD in the slot and the albums
available to the Sonos - no Windows - no application interaction,
probably no monitor - foolproof - just works, ejects CD at the end.
Doesn't have to be even Windows based I guess. So has to rip to a
folder/library structure and do CCDB lookup for tags / album art etc and
,ake a shared volume network accessible.   Tagging possibly done later
as she would only have dial up internet access.  I accept she will have
to run a library scan from the Sonos controller.   Sort of the do it
yourself Escient/Imerge system

Any suggestions ??
