[OT] Backing Up For Idiots

Hi

Hope someone can help. I need an absolutely IDIOT proof one touch back-up
solution.

Requirements are:



1)       Up to 5gb

2)       Removable tape/disk/cartridge (So can be taken off site in a
handbag!!!)

3)       One Touch/One Click backup of pre-determined directories.



Please note that it really must be simple and portable once set up.



P.S. Yes, you guessed it I'm getting really bored of trying to teach a
relative how to backup!
