RE: [OT] Low Energy Bulbs

Switch is in the live (I know as I ran the cables after ripping out the
huge
mess the previous owner had left !)

There's an earth in the rose, but only live / neutral to the bulb holder,
so
I guess that rules out an earth leakage.
