RE: Video editing software...

I use CloneDVD and AnyDVD (www.slysoft.com) to rip and do a certain amount
of "trimming" of complete branches of video however for this task
I just
need to remove some bloody annoying "hard coded" adverts at the
start of
some older movies that were authored before the bods knew what they were
doing ... These DVD's have minimal compression and everything is all
"inline" like you would do with videotape.
Found a nice little proggy called "ChopperXP" which looks like it
has done
the job...
