it does  - the trace route gets to nildram fine
but then after that it times out

could you try it from your end just to check please ?

Your inability to traceroute almost certainly has nothing to do with
the Vigor - it's more likely to be external (ISP) routing tables that
are causing the problem. If it is the vigor, then traceroute should
succeed right up to the last hop before the vigor itself.
