I am having problems with just 1 ip address

The same thing happened to me with a segment of teh Internet - I couldn't
"see" any of it, but everything else was fine. Turned out my
ADSL IP
Address had "strayed" onto the blocked list of some ISPs - Sorted
out by a
few stroppy emails to ISPs etc.
