The call-barring service allows operator calls to be barred too - but
you have to explicitly enable it. Sadly there's nothing in the
literature which BT send out when you enable this service to highlight
the loophole. (In fact BT will tell you that it's not possible to
apply multiple bars to a line concurrently, which is patent nonsense).
