You can have a look at the Keliv SHT at http://www.vscp.org.  Your type
of application is the intended use for it (possibly together with a
relay module).

The bad thing is that you have to build it yourself. I will have a new
batch of PCB's next month and hopefully be able to sell premade modules
as well as bare PCB's.
