Hi all,

Long story short:
I bought 2 identical items from a website - cost of delivery was £15 (exc.
VAT) however I priced the cost of delivey for just one of the items and it
was £10 (exc. VAT). One of the items turned out to be faulty and I
contacted
the eTailer and they arranged collection of the faulty item and are issuing
a refund for the value of the item. However, they are refusing to refund
the
extra carriage concerned - which pi$$es me off on principal more than
anything else...

Where do I stand...?

If I had bought just 1 item, should I be out of pocket for the delivery
cost
if the item proved to be faulty...?
Likewise, if I had asked for a replacement rather than a refund the company
concerned would have had to pay the delivery cost again...!?!

All advice/suggestions welcome...

Thanks,
Andy.
