As the price of an Xbox has now gone sub =A3100, it seems a good time to
jump in and join the rest of the world ;-)

What do I need (from taking the xBox out of the box) to be able to
stream stuff from my tivo to the xbox? Any additional parts needed ie
ir remote/scart cables etc, or do they come with??

I think Im right in saying that I need to hack the xBox somehow. Is
this still done by needing an extra chip, or is it just hardware?

Step by step instructions, or links to a tutorial would be greatly
appreciated.
