I was looking at one of these last week, as they are going cheap now...

However...

It the unit is standalone, the PC gets a transmitter box with connects by
USB.
What set the alarm bells ringing is line **the PC MUST have WMP 9
installed** in the docs.

So WinAmp users and the Linux crowd should not apply...

Not a recommendation, as I've not actually used one, it may be worth
looking at the  BT Voyager Digital Media Player
