Newark electronics, there is a UK branch, dont know phone number, sorry.
R is socket (receptacle), P is plug.
L5-30R 125V isolated ground socket, type IG2610A, Newark part number
34F1158. Mounts in a J-Box.
The IG series are isolated ground, and are always orange. Orange, so
you can tell them apart from any other similar connector, all of which
will intermate.
I say again, Houston, 125V.
Not familiar with isolated ground, but a google for "isolated
ground"
turns up some explanations.
This all sounds very dodgy to me, I would definitely install a RCD to
supply this, as this sounds like a "clean earth" type system,
with
limited fault current capabilities.
I did say that this was a 125V connector, didn't I?
