[OT] Machine keeps shutting down.....

Since loading WinXP on my missus machine, it keeps shutting down
unexpectedly..
I have checked everything I know to and it is fully up to date..

Does anyone know of a free "load tool" I can use to put the
machine under a
bit of stress ?
Because right now it seems to be doing the same to me... I would like to
monitor it but don't want to have to keep using it... (runs like a dog..)

Thanks in advance for any help..

Mark H..

That looks good, probably play with it sometime.

What I really want it for is an active desktop, so weather is always
displayed on kitchen PC, and for now I've managed to strip down the BBC one
[http://www.ccso.co.uk/cgi-bin/weather.pl]
and the met office one
[http://www.ccso.co.uk/cgi-bin/weather2.pl]
(which I'll probably use 'cause
its tiny :))

Thanks

Simon
