The Pioneer AX10 is superb (Pioneer loaned me one for a few months about
tw=
o
years ago) and it has (IIRC) pretty much all the functionality that you
hav=
e
asked for however it is the thick end of =A33k (officially - although it
ca=
n
be had much cheaper). I think the AX5 has similar functionality - not sure
about the serial port though - but it is *MUCH* cheaper.

/me still wants an AX10...
