[OT} Best ADSL ISP for my mum !

Hi,

I'm asking this to save me googling to death and as I supsect one of you
will know the answer straight away.

I need to recomend an ADSL ISP for my mum to use. She does a fair bit of
emailing and web surfing and sends the occasional photo.

Of course she doesn't want to pay the earth either so cost is an issue. I
imagine a 250 connection would be find - can anyone suggest an ISP.
