Digital camera with movie mode

Had a Fuji F700, great but it was stolen.
As it's nearing Xmas I'm about to get new one either Fuji F810 or
possibly the Canon Ixus 40.
I want 640x480 fps video + audio mode as I used this a fair bit with
the F700.
Also Fuji xD cards seem stuck at 512M, so maybe I could switch to
anoother make...
Anyone got the Canon or other make with good movie mode (Obviously with
good photo mode also)
