Sound Deadening for Ceiling Speakers

Hi All

I have fitted my Ceiling speakers in the kitchen and hooked them up to
the ToushScreen.

Now the only problem I have is that when the speakers are on you can
gear the sound very well in the rooms above!!!

Is there anything that I can stuff in the voids above the speakers to
deaden the sound?
