Yes you are correct with all that you say, except for one BIG thing...

You will need to supply and install a 100amp MCB isolator or switch fuse
is=
olator at the meter position to protect the armoured cable, as you will be
=
creating a submain installation.

The electricity board's fuse will protect just the meter tails that will
st=
ill be there.
