But it isn't the ends which are an issue as they will probably be
numbered ;-)

Say you want an extra switch some where

You can go to the attic, lift a floor board, etc and find the C-bus
control cut into it and join another spur in





Taping  the cable every 2 ft could have the same effect ......

You get my drift
