Wine Cellar!!! I knew I missed something off the list! A very grown-
up concept. At Chez Taylor, wine sorage has never been a problem, it
seems to get drunk before it takes up any room.

To answer another question, I do plan on using Clipsal for lighting
control with Home Vision for integration. I am waiting for a quote
from SmartKontrols for heating control and would be greatful for any
thoughts on them, and on the AV side, I am leaning towards a roll-
your-own system using Exstreamers and maybe Keith's Kat5 switcher if
it ever appears. I like the look of the Xantech multi channel amps -
anyone using them?
