I'm thinking of using these magnetic locks externally - but i'm thinking
i
need to use the correct wire over a long distance.

As we do with LV lights, you have a certain thickness cable for longer
distances. So, if these locks are 12v and 0.16amps, I should check that
the 8core alarm cable I use is good enough.

Anyone know of such a calculator ??
