Ian,

you need to :

a) open/port forward port 5060 >>>>UDP<<< to the ip
address of your asterisk box
b) open/port forward the ports in rtp.conf  again
>>>UDP<<< to the ip address of your asterisk box

on your firewall

If you modified rtp.conf then you MUST to a reload for asterisk to see the
changes
