Can't comment on the C-BUS as I don't have it.

My only comment would be to run more Cat5e, run the cables even if you
don't terminate them all at the sockets.

Worth putting in both as most the motors normally require a mains supply,
as for heavy curtains they need a bit of power and the Cat5e may be needed
for control.

Ceiling speaker cables run back to Node 0.
