A DigiMemo will do that and set it to a fixed channel (tivo would then
hit it at next channel change, although wouldn't solve power out in the
middle of a recording unless the channel you set it to was the right one)

A MemoZap from the same place will also do it (without the channel
selection), but will also send a backup every few minutes. It's cheaper
at £23.49 and I have one which I bought for red dot removal, but I found
a few times it caused channel change problems with the Tivo commands
(well, at least I'm blaming that, seemed to stop when I stopped using it!)
