Ian. Looks an excellent guide.

The only addtional step I would add is once booted from the Slayers disk,
but before any software is copied, is to grab a complete backup of the Xbox
drive via ftp.

Presumably flashing the on-board bios means the official XBox Live is no
longer possible ? Not a problem for most but might be for some.

Dean

Okay guys, a good few hours of work have gone into this, hopefully
producing a reasonably muppet proof procedure for doing the internal
TSOP flash modification to a current X-Box.

http://www.wintermute-ltd.com/ukha/xboxhowto.htm

It's a long How to, and should be pretty complete. It's also pretty
graphical, so may take a wee while to load for the non-BB endowed.

I'd appreciate it if a couple of the X-Box literate regulars would cast
an eye over it; see if there are any glaring (or subtle) omissions...

Cheers!

Ian.
