[OT] AMD CPU Request
I feel a bit guilty about posting OT here but, as they say, "I don't
know
where else to turn"!
I have an olde SocketA motherboard and want to upgrade the CPU from a Duron
850 to the mobo's maximum - an Athlon 1.4 (200FSB - it doesn't support the
266FSB version).
Does anyone have a "spare" CPU they would be willing sell?
I've looked on e-bay, but I'm a bit wary of how a previous owner may have
treated the part...
