UKHA 2004 - IMPORTANT

With just a few weeks to go before the next UKHA event, a list of=20
confirmed bookings has been put up here=20
http://www.automatedhome.co.uk/downloads/ukha2004names.xls.

If you have booked then please check that your name is on the list=20
and that you are booked for the correct day(s). If you believe there=20
is a mistake then please let me know immediately.

If you haven't booked but want to, then please follow the=20
instructions in the link in the footer.

Within the next two weeks we will be providing additional=20
information such as the impressive list of exhibitors and=20
demonstrations, a choice of menus for the evening event (along with=20
a booking form), floor layout and other important information.=20
Everything will be poseted here and on the UKHA2004 web site.

Please do answer any questions we post here as soon as possible, we=20
actually have very little time now and those of us doing the=20
organising are going to get extremely busy over the coming weeks.=20
The last thing we need is for lots of people to be indecisive!

Last year we had over a third of attendees turn up on the day with=20
no warning at all. I really would like to shift that statistic in=20
favour of pre-bookings as much as possible. So, remember, it will=20
cost you an extra =A35 (or =A315 for both days!) to turn up on the day=20
compared to booking now. There is no way you will earn =A35 interest=20
on =A320 between now and the middle of May, so if you are sure you=20
will attend, send the cheque now!

Regards

Graham and Mark
UKHA Conference Organisers

P.S. Please reply off list if you are able to loan PA equipment for=20
the event. We have 2 presentation rooms but no PA equipment and some=20
of the presenters are not quite as loud as others ;-) Also we would=20
like to record audio from the presentations to go with the slides,=20
so we need a way of recording it.
