Cabling (Cat5 and Power) in trunking

I=92m thinking about running the power and a few lengths of Cat5 around my
=
workshop in trunking (the fat kind you get in offices where the sockets
are=
mounted into it). I=92m running a 32A ring main and also a few runs for ot=
her machinery. My question relates to running Cat5 and power fairly close
t=
ogether (something like 40mm separation I guess =96 but in parallel). Is
th=
is far enough apart? I guess it must be as this kind of trunking is so
comm=
on in offices =96 but is the Cat5 screened????

Paul.
