LOL!

SWMBO currently has (I think!) 11 hamsters.... one escaped the other
week and hasn't been found.

Anyway, the one time we were on holiday for a week, and any time she
thinks she'll be away from them for an extended period, she fills their
bowls up and puts extra food in the cage and makes sure they all have at
least 2 water bottles each.

I'm afraid it's a bit low tech, but I'm buggered if I'm working out an
automation solution for all 11 (with several varieties of cage to take
into account!)
