I think all their numbers are contained in a dialler application you can
download so I can't check off the top of my head whether the numbers are
toll-free or not, in the UK they are I'm pretty sure but I don't know about
everywhere else. I've definitely used it via my mobile, but not directly

though, it's not like AOL. The dialler is only used for cost control and
figuring out what the nearest number is. I very much doubt if you'll get
toll-free from a mobile, you might end up just having to just use a local
access number. In which case just buy a phonecard and use that provided you
can dial the access number free.
