dunno for sure since I is a rival hoster ;)
but probably mail.hostname.com in both cases, with the logon being
you@xxxxxxx and the passy whatever passy you set.
Also you might need to check the settings for "check before send"
and
"smtp server requires authentication" in the advanced settings in
outlook.
I'm sure chris had some tutorials knocking around on his site somewhere...
