I have no experience at all of EIB, but from what I hear it's a good
system.
C-Bus has been gaining much more interest here though in the past year or
so. Quite a few people on this list are now C-Bus Integrators, or are
actively developing hardware and software to make the system much more open
to the "DIYer".
