Mark

If you are in the North Wales area and interested in Comfort pop along to
see Andrew (http://www.comfort.org.uk/ ), He is
based in Chester and will be
more than capable of showing you all the benefits of Comfort and C-bus

Hi Listers,

As requested, my intro message... :) This is the second time I've
joined this list, first time about 3 years ago when I was previously
looking at self building but decided against it. Now the opportunity
has again arisen and so my interest in home automation has been
rekindled. My wife and I are currently looking for a rural(ish) plot in
North Wales, so wish us luck!!

In terms of HA I'm a novice, although I have put a limited amount of
CAT5 into my last two houses. I'm particularly interested in Comfort
and EIB or C-BUS for control and Keith's Kat5 units for AV distribution.
Has the infamous Kat5 switcher been completed yet!! :) :). I'm looking
at setting aside 20 - 30k in the new build for HA, so hopefully that
will be enough to do the house some justice.

Good to be back in the fold and I look forward to taking part in the
community again :).

Cheers,

Mark
