Re: Exstreamer Users?

There are various modes of operation the extreamer can operate in. I
suggest
you give the technical documentation read on
http://www.barix.com/exstreamer/

Browse on what? your PC? zServer is just a stand alone http server - it has
no UI or GUI.

The exsteamer has its own web server build in, which I think is what you
are
reffering to. This is customisable however, so in theory you should be able
to create a version which looks good on an iPAQ, although to control it,
theres no reason why you should use their web interface at all - it can be
controlled via serial port, TCP or UDP packets, URL parameters sent to its
internet web server, command line interface on the PC etc etc

I use my X10 remote which then triggers a Homeseer macro which launches the
appropriate command line parameters to control the extreamer (next/previous
track, or next/previous playlist)
