No problem provided that the cable is a decent quality one.

Running at the lowest acceptable refresh rate will also improve
quality. The higher the refresh rate, the higher the frequencies so
the greater the losses.

eg if 85Hz gives a good quality stable flicker free image, there is
nothing to be gained from running at 100Hz or greater as the losses
in the cable can give a blurred image.
