I am trying to help a mate with an Ipaq - he gets a USB device not
recognised when he trys to connect via active sync.  He is 100 miles from
me and isn't too IT savvy, so it is proving a bit of a struggle - tried all
the obvious, anyone with an Ipaq seen similar and got any tips?
