RE: IP-Cam for 133$ -anyone seen it?

I've been looking at that one as well, its really nice and
Axis have a good rep. But still, here in Sweden the Axis is
1795 kronors which is about USD 245, which is almost double the
amount of the O'Rite.

And, since I'm on a budget here, I'm thinking twice the amount
of cameras must be better, if only the camera is reasonably good. And it
would be ultra-cool to use the cell-phone to check out the house when
I'm not around.

I hadn't seen that one before, but do have one of these:
http://www.axis.com/products/cam_205/index.htm

Very pleased with it. Good depth of field, easy to set up and GBP 127+vat
(IIRC)

Still running it with the regular power adaptor, but Power Over Ethernet
would be ideal for mouting these in remote locations.

HTH,
