I used to have all sorts of problems creeping over the limit. Then I got
the
Merc and its got a 'limiter' - with the flick of a switch you can set it to
any speed and it won't let you go faster. I normally set it to the speed
limit +10% +2 mph (as advised by a friendly police inspector!).

If you live in North Wales you really do need to keep within the speed
limits - I think thats all the police around here do!
