X-Box: Beginner's guide to modding

Hi all,

With all this talk of modded X-Boxes, I now want to get mine done. I've
looked at the usual sites (xbox-scene.com etc), and although there are a
few
beginners guide they are still a bit beyond me. Can anybody recommend a
guide for absolute muppets or point me in the right direction of someone
who
can do it for me (I'm based in the Grimsby area).
