Can I suggest that you visit http://www.shspvr.com and look in the MVP
forums,
specifically:

http://www.shspvr.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=5025

where there is a new beta that will do realtime transcoding, provided the
codecs are
on the machine acting as the server.. it also needs to be quite a beefy
machine.

Remember this IS beta software...

It also adds Net radio to the list of things the MVP can do.
