RE: scart q's / IR repeater circuit required
I have run shielded video / audio cable probably circa 10M by the time it
went up one wall, down another and through the infrastructure of the house.
Picture quality was fine, even with my soldering. Steve

IME, these work well (composite only), but I've been unsucessful getting it
to work with my wireless network. They generally repeat IR too, and mine
worked fine for this (SWMBO was happy).

Not sure about signal degradation over that sort of distance. I've run
monitor cables (RGB) over that distance with great picture quailty, but
don't know about other signals.

Certainly going to be the most faultless solution. Will defenitely be
perfect quality, and I believe they repeat IR too now.
