As others have said
1) Smaller circuits
2) Water out of hours as the pressure is better and the water soaks in
rather than evaporating or worse burning the plants.
3) Only use one circuit at once

Other points.
1) Depending on the valve you are using check that this is not providing
an obstacle. Some will restrict the flow rate using either filters, bad
assembly or simply bad design.
2) If you are using a distribution block like the hozelok 1 into 4 unit
these also drop the water pressure. This is bad enough to make the use of
a sprinkler about 50% as powerful as it would otherwise be.

If you post details of your system maybe we can offer other advice.

I've just sorted the irrigation system for the back garden, but the
water seems to be lacking some vavavooom.  Any ideas on fixing this?
